How to stop jealousy?

I noticed something really annoying and irritating about myself and it's jealousy. I look at women and girls my age and I get jealous over their looks. I watch videos and I see people in nice, big homes and I get a bit jealous too. I see couples here and there and I get jealous, thankfully not as much though. How can I stop this annoying feeling every time I see people with things I don't have that I want?
