How to stop jealousy?

I noticed something really annoying and irritating about myself and it's jealousy. I look at women and girls my age and I get jealous over their looks. I watch videos and I see people in nice, big homes and I get a bit jealous too. I see couples here and there and I get jealous, thankfully not as much though. How can I stop this annoying feeling every time I see people with things I don't have that I want?

Other peoples loooks are nothing to be jealous of you are you and your just as good as anybody else no one is better than you and you are not better than any one else
always remember you are unique just like every one else is

also you dont miss what you dont have so there really is no need to be jealous of any one or anything ok
