Several, I was a clique-hopper and did not pay attention to anyone who said I couldn't do that 😌
@seaglass saaameee!! I liked the people not fake influence thats silly
Magenta · F
Non. I was more independent and eclectic. But the jocks seemed to be attracted to me.
Adogslife · 61-69, M
The main clique was the jocks. They were a year older but accepted me because I was on most of their teams.
The group of friends I was in were all athletes, but we focused more on scholastic achievement. Excelling at sports was secondary. Popularity was secondary.

I always made sure to sit by myself in the lunch room. I hated the lunch room, i hated everybody in there 😂
Was never in a clique. Just one year we had an awesome diverse group of people who eventually started sitting together every lunch period. Then we got separated the next year.
But i was a real loner, always have been. maybe Always will be. And i don't have a problem with that.
School was the bane of my existence

Nope. I was always the new kid and never really fit in. Yay moving around!
Ducky · 31-35, F
Not really. Mainly just following in my popular sister's shadow.
Lugwho · 61-69, M
No, I was always on the fringes and between groups
Crazychick · 36-40, F
Just the Sisterhood. It's like what they call a Sorority in the US. All the girls joined it and that was the only peer pressure we had. Once we became part of it we felt free to be ourselves, to do what we wanted to do (as opposed to what guys expect us to do).
Somewhat but I liked everyone regardless. I was nice to anyone who was nice.
Madmonk · M
No not really. I just kinda did my thing and everything just happened around me.
Nope. I made all sorts of friends it just depended on the person.
exexec · 70-79, C
I was an athlete, so most of my buddies were my teammates, but I had a lot of non-jock friends, too. Lynn would deny it, but most people thought her group of friends was a clique.
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
We called it a group of friends back then.
Hell no.
YoMomma · 41-45
My dad didn't allow us to attend public school

SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
Yup, the stoner metalheads.
When I was in Highschool they let you smoke in the smoking courts. That's where we were.
