Ok why do boys/men have no respect for us girls/women anymore?

Ok so right i understand some guys ain't like this but when im in class and i bend over to grab my bag that does not give you the right to comment " wow look at her ass its so big"," damn girl u bending over for me?", "I'll see you tonight in my bed" That also doesn't give you the right to touch my body either. Respect us girls/women we are not toys we are not objects we are people who just want to get on with life and not be harassed. TREAT US LIKE WE ARE HUMANS.

( I'M 17 MY COUSIN IS 13 MY AUNT IS 27 WE ARE ALL GOING THROUGH THIS WHAT IS YOUR EXCUSE WE WANT TO GO ON WITH ARE LIFE AND FOR Y'ALL TO SAY ITS JUST BOYS BEING BOYS THAT'S BS TEACH UR DAMN KIDS SOME FUCKING RESPECT.)
Blondily · F
I've had that happen to me too. Its immaturity on their part. They have a lot of growing up to do.
ArtieKat · M
@Blondily Absolutely what I was going to say.
SteelHands · 61-69, M
The truth is they don't respect themselves.

1. They know that they are provoking and facilitating those thoughts by wearing tight slacks but do it anyway.

2.They claim they don't disrespect men but have no respect for the way nature makes them think.

3. Most women that do the above also mimic and praise the 304 personnas of the hypergamy culture, its females in music and cinema, or internet skankery.

No reasoning person could justify blaming the men when women are primarily shaping the society this way with demands from the political, judicial, educational, police and fake news structures that men acquiesce.
Thefreckledgirl1 · 16-17, F
@NativePortlander I am so sorry for your loss.
NativePortlander · 51-55
@Thefreckledgirl1 Thank you
SteelHands · 61-69, M
Ageism. Gotta love that. Total proof of disrespect.

Then wonder why nobody respects anyone.

You can demand all you want but until you learn to be respectful, you'll get none from me.
Matt85 · 36-40, M
I respect women personally. I never want to make them feel uncomfortable, call me a simp.
Thefreckledgirl1 · 16-17, F
@Matt85 We need more guys like u then in this world
Matt85 · 36-40, M
@Thefreckledgirl1 I'm all good until I start simping. You treat a woman too good she packs up and goes to someone better. :(
TheDisciplinarian · 56-60, M
@Thefreckledgirl1 Really
They Just get Crapped on
AlienFox · F
The sad part is you make a post like this and have to hear shit about, not all men. When you clearly already stated that.

So not only have you already accommodated the whiners, but the point of your post is detracted from because you're stuck defending yourself and your experience.

I've been bothered by men like that before. They come into my work and stare at my ass. I'm to the point I just give them the ew look.

One of the only ways to get through to men like that is to bruise their ego. Nice guys won't say stuff like that. But those jerks that do don't deserve to get away with it.

And the jerks who can't stop proclaiming , not all men, just make it harder.

A truly good man would defend you. But those a RARE AF 🖤
Thefreckledgirl1 · 16-17, F
@AlienFox FINALLY SOMEONE UNDERSTANDS!
BlueVeins · 22-25
Dunno what you're saying about "anymore," men have always been awful. Used to be a hundred times worse. Hope you're able to get out of that awful environment soon, I know that must be terrible.
I don't think it is an 'anymore' thing. It's always been a thing. Women of all generations will say the same kind of thing.
As to why? Maybe because they are taught that it is okay to do that. Either be media or movies or I don't know, general environment.
StevenIzzi · 51-55, M
I think you said it in the title of your post.

They are literally boys....That is not a man.

They act like they are seeing boobs or an ass for the 1st time.
NativePortlander · 51-55
@StevenIzzi "ass"? You just destroyed your own attempt at solidarity 🙄🤦‍♀️
MummyKaren72 · 46-50, F
It is the day and age we live in alas, men and boys like to be the e-man type and think they are unbreakable and think it is fun to make sexist comments towards women and girls and it is how they are raised which adds to it.
Thefreckledgirl1 · 16-17, F
@MummyKaren72 YES THANK YOU IM NOT GOING CRAZY
MummyKaren72 · 46-50, F
@Thefreckledgirl1 No you are not going crazy it is a sad world we live in and it won't change soon.
latinbutterfly · 46-50, F
This is the truth.
SunshineGirl · 36-40, F
Some males have always been like this, and probably always will be. Others might do it out of immaturity. Call out the bad behaviour irrespective and hopefully most of them will get the message.
We are supposed to use our knees to grab our bag. Not bend over.
@AtticEscapee She should be accepted for who she is. It's called being an individual.

The premise of your comment is incorrect while your conclusion is correct. That problem here is your presumption that I am chasing her.

Lastly, I have as much right to my opinion and to post it on an open forum as you do. Regardless of my age and status.

NativePortlander · 51-55

chrisCA · M
Camelia · F

SW-User
I heard you loud and clear. I have always been respectful of females. My parents instilled that in me. Shame on those immature boys, I don't have much tolerance for them either
not all guys are like the ones who act like that
was never taught good from bad by their parnets.
Thefreckledgirl1 · 16-17, F
@justcurious2019 i stated that "some guys aint like this"
@Thefreckledgirl1 i see that i just used it in my answer for no reason
alongalone · M
Women have a thousand ways to put men thru hell, it's their forte, so.. a few horny losers don't even compete
Ceinwyn · 22-25, F
That is absolutely not true. If you think that you need to widen your gaze.
I always show respect to any women of all ages. Just do the same for me
1490wayb · 56-60, M

NativePortlander · 51-55

@Thefreckledgirl1 i did read that, but saying "some guys", implies most are like what you describe as being and that is incredibly wrong.

I get you have experienced it within your school and that goes back to where i said younger males are morons who constantly say dumb shit and only have one thing on their minds
@Torsten If they were raised properly their mamas would have taught them appropriate respect. Everybody deserves it. Not supplied as a payment system for earning.
Torsten · 36-40, M
@OldGrandDad respect is a earned system. Manners is a whole other thing though
