Great! When I was studying engineering decades ago, there were only about 100 female students in the entire university of over 10,000 students. Now, females compose almost one-third of the student population, which is much larger than when I was there.

What a gorgeous young lady. This happens alot. People are motivated and focused on their careers and studies, they are not interested in relationships at this time. Hopefully she'll become a great engineer one day.

We dont like men our age here.

I suppose you believe you have good reason but if you two 'don't like men our age' engineering was maybe not the best choice. It's best to work among people you'll be able to like. Male engineers of all ages are fairly common :).

You do understand that 'Grandpa' is not an insult except in the minds of foolish youth? But nice try. You'll be old yourself some day if you're lucky - and maybe careful.
