How fast can you run the hundred (metres)?

Back when I ran track and field, I once ran it in just under 13 seconds. I was not a great runner.

I have run it in 11.6 !!

When I was seventeen years old.

Back in my school days I ran the 100 metres in 19 seconds. Speedster that I was. 😄

I was more of a speed walker, I never really timed myself.
