Wondering if it’s possible

In my experience, most women become more sensual and stimulated around age 40 when they begin shedding the roles society dictated for them (ingenue, supportive wife, doting mother, career woman) and begin truly embracing their sexuality.

Speaking for the males, I could be emotionally and mentally stimulated up to when I started hormone therapy for prostate cancer and became basically androgynous in my 80's, although I needed a little help from pills or injections to get fully up to the challenge physically beginning in the 50's.

Denise, you’ll be fine. Mature women make better lovers. They’re more self-aware and more willing to make sure they’re receiving pleasure, not just giving. Depending on age, there’s less risk of pregnancy too. That’s a huge pressure that wanes after menopause.

I was in my prime at that age, and yes, it’s definitely possible. It’s possible at 60, and not having to worry about getting pregnant is a bonus. 😊

I am 67 and still have a good sex life so age is never a problem. Its more about how you feel mentally. I was single for 18 years before i started a new relationship

People are stimulated & aroused at 70!
You have NOTHING to worry about!
Stimulation comes in different ways for different people.
Some require intellectual stimulation before they can be stimulated physically or sexually.
Others require emotional stimulation. Many require BOTH intellectual & emotional!
If you're just looking for sexual stimulation ... well ... they have toys for that! LOL!

Yes it is possible with right partner. If both partners are attuned to each other and has good open communication and considerate to each other’s needs and desires.

From my talking with women my age, it is very possible to be stimulated when one is with the right person.

At 40?? Of course! I wasn't even at peak then. Just getting started. Maybe the right man will set that spark on fire. ✨

Like other's have stated, I find 40 is when women are at their sexual peek. Women get better with age that way.

Yes. Arousal can happen at any age even for those who have partners, when stimulation happens from a fresh new external source. Arousal dies our with a regular partner over time as it becomes mundane and predictable.

40 seems kinda young to have that worry. hopefully you find your spark. the right sort of spark.

I think its possible at any age. Just depends on chemistry.

I would think so. But probably a lot of things can affect that.
