Convenient and practical use of space. 😆
I did look at a flat in London once, that had the bath in the kitchen. The kitchen table lifted up to allow use of the bath. I didn't take it.

@SW-User Combining two 'wet rooms' makes very efficient use of the plumbing 🙂 My grandparents' house in Poland in the 1980s didn't have a proper indoor bathroom. My mother has a photo of me and my sisters being bathed in the kitchen sink 😬

@SunshineGirl I remember getting bathed in the kitchen sink when I was little. My grans house didn't have a bathroom or an inside toilet. The toilet was at the end of the yard and was very cosy in winter, with a paraffin lamp to see by. The bath, was a tin tub infront of the fire. My gran lived there till the late 70s.

[quote]Priced at $US725,000 ($A965,000), the four-bedroom property could also almost be perceived as good value too, especially considering the skyrocketing prices for houses in Hawaii these days.

That's not great design 😕 Some older houses in the UK have bathrooms leading off from the kitchen . . a sort of evolutionary phase when facilities were brought in from the bottom of the garden.
ozgirl512 · 26-30, F
@SunshineGirl i think this probably breaks every design rules plus a hot of local regulations lol

@ozgirl512 Can't imagine what they were thinking of. It's quite an attractive modern kitchen apart from the toilet at one end!
