Do you switch off your lights to sleep?

I don't like to be in pitch dark when I'm closing my eyes.

And that's why I have set a 2 hours timer for the lights to switch off on its own.

I like to sleep in a blue light with 10% brightness 🔆 just like the pic below (reference image)

What about you?

With all the devices, streetlights and such in and around my house, complete darkness is impossible. And I've found I don't really need it. I can sleep in pretty much any lighting situation at any time of day or night.
