How many relationship have you had before you met the right person?

I am still looking for the right person. 😢

I have had 9 long term relationships where I thought at one point maybe this is the one. However I am still looking for the right one. Maybe I am too picky, I don't know.

I never meet the right one. 😌

I just wanted to believe they were at the time.

There is no such thing as a right person , my mom has been married over 4 times and i have been married twice , she always says that people change over time and it is best to part ways in best interest of every one and seek a new partner if you wish to if you are seeking fresh new companionship.

I lived with 3 different men, each for a couple of years, until at 26 -- 42 years ago -- I met my now husband.
He was 35 at the time. We became friends and dated for about 6 months before we went to bed for the first time. I think it was that friendship that bonded the relationship. It's been the link that's pulled us through all the challenges, along with the hard work of learning how to communicate and how to resolve issues.

I never met the right person.
I settled for my best friend, and that turned out to be mostly a good thing,
though it has included some disasters and extremely hard work.

But if I could start over I'd have gone about finding a life-partner in a totally different way: I'd have been proactive.

It's one of the most significant choices of one's life - at least as important as education, career and where we live -
so it's idiotic to just wait for someone to come along.
If you're not in the right place at the right time to give yourself the best opportunities to meet many of the right sort, you have almost no chance of meeting him.
The other factor is working on oneself to become the best partner one can be. That means healing the unconscious issues.

Believe it or not … None. I have kissed other people at parties, just goofing around, but never had any other relationship before I met my husband. Met him when I was 17.

I still haven't met the right person 😂. Wonder whether I ever will :(

Not clinging cause everyone is caught up with the idea of a “ relationship “ and if there not in one ‘ there left out of from everybody ‘ then after some while of staying away from relationships you think I be the one with the problem over a strange trick in the mind telling you that when the case is that you don’t need a relationship to be happy .
Think clear before you go into one .

Still searching for mine lol..in highschool I wasnt allowed to date, but last yr i dated a guy, we went steady 9 months then he left. Been searching ever since. Single now going on a yr

pretty much got together with my high school sweetheart. we were close, the whole time, had a few dates with others before him but nothing ever came of those.

Maybe every person is the "right" person until they're not.
Sometimes you can't be with your right person because life had other plans :)

My SW Mistress is the right person. All the relationships I have been in before Her pale by comparison and really don't count.
