There is no such thing as an "open marriage". There are "open relationships" that do not involve the legal concept of marriage, but to pretend to be married while including the concept of "open relationship" within that marriage is nothing short of a direct contraction of 'marriage' by definition.

If a couple practices the concept of "open relationship" within their marriage, then they are not actually married to each other except through legal binding.
