What does a man supposed to do about an argument in a relationship?

We had a big argument - well, for us anyways - last year over one of my friends. I made friends with this girl who just so happened to be a hooker. Sadly, when asked by my fella 'Oh, what does she do?' I innocently told him. That resulted in him [i]thinking[/i] that I wanted to be a hooker too!

Cue argument....cue 'no sex' embargo.....lasted the best part of a week until he got over himself, apologised, bought me flowers and chocolates....

If you're in the right, that's ok....coax the other into accepting a difference of opinion....but, if you're wrong, sweetie......you better pucker up and kiss some ass...

Depends on the context but you alone determine what is enough. If it's important enough for you to defend, dig in your heels and defend it. If not, then let it go. You can still respect your partner but make sure you respect yourself as well.
