You most likely need to learn how to socialize and how to properly relate to people.

You are paranoid. Why do you feel this way? Fid domeone break upur trust? Abuse you? Do you have friends? Did your parents teach you this? Join a groip. Try meetup.com in your locale. Start slow. Take to cashiers, salespeople in malls, etc. Try to trust in the good of people. Maybe get therapy.

You are sensitive. Me too sometimes.
Just try to see that everyone is human and even the best nicest kindest people can accidentally make us feel bad but also look into yourself.
