I do some yoga and relaxing stretches in the morning.🧘♀️ And then depending on how late I work, I'll do a more intense workout late in the afternoon or early evening.

I only do the walk on treadmill and cross trainer. I am the most useless one in the gym. I go after after work in the evening around 7pm

I used to take my first walk at 5am at the beach & my second through the woods at 430pm. Early is great because if I’m too tired later I can skip guilt free or add more
