when someone asks you why you're single, what do you usually say?

They don't have to ask. It's apparent from the start.

Nobody ever ask me that

Well they dont ask me why I'm single but they do ask me why I'm not dating.

I usually say, "Spending my free time with someone I don't already know (or trust to some extent) doesn't appeal to me."

However when I guy asks me out or for my number I'll say, "I'm sorta already talking to someone right now, sorry." Which isn't totally a lie...😅

It's either "because i'm psycho, duh" or "because i want to be"

I tell them the truth....
