Well I guess it depends on a lot of other factors, like how long you've been together, could he be under any stress that has him preoccupied..you need to sit down with him and tell him how disappointed you are and hear what he has to say..

If 'he' is your dentist...I'd keep him. If 'he' is your husband...I'd bring it up. But don't forget that some people put very little stock in birthdays. It's not an absolute indicator of anything.

Same thing happened to me. He is not actually dumpable. I can't seem to get rid of him.
