he forgot my birthday.. like totally.. and the day actually passed.. should i dump him?

Well I guess it depends on a lot of other factors, like how long you've been together, could he be under any stress that has him preoccupied..you need to sit down with him and tell him how disappointed you are and hear what he has to say..
