I can't decide which one... Because on one hand they made a whole different person, but on the other hand that's a really jacked up looking new person.

I don’t know, I’ve seen far worse plastic surgeries. Mickey Rourke, Kenny Rogers, Courteney Cox, Meg Ryan, Lara Flynn Boyle…..

And it seems like Jim Carey’s plastic surgery is so effed up, many are saying it’s not even him. 😅

His chromosomes, blood type, DNA and etc are still all the same- they took off and put on.

Yep, similar to an Appendectomy but this operation is called TakeMyDicFromMe (not sure if the final stage has been completed). No amount of swapping junk can change the DNA from XY to XX. Besides you know what DNA stands for - Do Not Ask.
