When last were you so angry you could almost hurt someone?

almost is the key word to me here. This past month I'm being pretty angry.

Thank you for BC. To be clear, what I mean is, I have enough control to not hurt anyone physically. But I'm sure unfortunately I do hurt people in other ways.
Which is truly a vicious cycle. They hurt me and unwillingly I reciprocate through being angry/sad to my core.
I need to get better at releasing this myself, before it reaches another... slowly and with care towards myself too of course.

It's been a while. Probably a couple of years. I've become much calmer since then.

I have never and I don't think I could ever hurt someone, but if it happens out of burn out, that someone could be me.

The only time I would be willing to physically hurt someone else is if they are physically attempting to harm someone I care about

And for a good good reason.
And worse, much worse than hurt.
But I didnt.

Probably when I was a kid. I don’t get too mad anymore. But I do get sad more often
