1) They are more likely to be stable and emotionally available
2) financial security
3) wisdom and life experience brings more interesting topics of conversation
4) greater confidence, independence and self assurance
5) ready to be a parent
6) better in bed - what they lose in stamina they gain in taking time, getting to know your body and experience in pleasing women
7) a power exchange dynamic, they are usually happier to take the lead.

as i understand it, its usually about maturity and stability. sometimes i think those qualities may be foundational to other things some like. or those may be the dog whistle terms.
