Ok what exactly are your guys definitions of a relationship? Cause, you're just talking friendships with stipulated bootycalls! Obviously there's many types of relationships. What defines the relationship and peoples expectations is going to need to be set, first and foremost.

hook ups work
Spectra · 26-30, F
@FreeSpirit1 Sounds simple enough lol
@Spectra
With bodies like you two it should be easy 😉

No. When you start feeling like that, it's time to get out, really- you're in the wrong relationship, or not emotionally ready to be in one in my opinion.
I think I have that. Married, but we have our own part of the house when I/we need a break. It works for us.

Every day lol
Tarnished · 26-30, M
Yeah, being alone sucks, but not having to give a bunch of my time to someone else and instead being able to use it for my own solo-interests is something I enjoy a lot.

Dream to have one but impossible these days. I don't want anything to do with it. Everything changed. Everything a risk these days.
SpectralMourning · 46-50, M
Yes. I think the 3rd Tuesday of prime numbered months would be enough.
AngelUnforgiven · 51-55, F

I want a relationship but never want to have a partner live with me again. Separate residence, separate space. I feel like I lose too much of my identity when I share my home and she starts adding or subtracting or changing my decor. We can spend several days and nights together each week but not a 24/7 relationship.
JackDaniels · 51-55, M
How about every other day.

No, More I think about the more I don't want one at all.

But it does get lonely. But I think I'll live with it.
RoxClymer · 41-45, M
quite the opposite, I am Done with romantic relationships but really enjoy a daily texting buddy

ideally i would have a woman who i could see a couple times a week, but not live together, that would be too much.
No... I wanted to be married to my soulmate - the one that made you feel complete.

Don't worry, I realise how fucking deluded I was now...
Yes but I don’t think it’s going to happen anytime soon 😂
Absolutely. I miss company but also need time to myself.
mindstruggle · 31-35, F
I want it everyday but no one likes it from me.
Ferric67 · M
@mindstruggle I don’t buy your drama, I’m sure you can emotionally connect with others if you tried under the right circumstances.

You are too lovable not too my dear (and that’s coming from me…and I barely even know you)
eMortal · M
That's the future of any modern relationship.
Ferric67 · M
yup
some days, I just don't want to see anyone
Yeah. I take my alone time very seriously.

Those thoughts cross my mind, definitely

Turtlepower · 36-40, M
Haha, yes I can relate for sure lol
QCDog2659 · 61-69, M
No.

If I am in a relationship, I go 100%

Levenrack · 46-50, M
Ok this is getting weirder.. I'm a dip.
basilfawlty89 · 36-40, M
Nah.
If just sex that's not really a relationship.
If it's actually love, I'd like to be in their company as much as possible.
Sorry, I can be all cuddly and sappy and sht.
Pianoman · 31-35, M
@basilfawlty89 Well said. I totally agree. You don't have to spend every second of every day with the one you love, but it's the nature of true love to wish to do so.
swirlie · 31-35, F
Those are not called "relationships", but the outcome is the same at the end of those 'other' days you speak of!
JackDaniels · 51-55, M
@swirlie Sometimes it is on the receiving end as well. You need to lighted up and stop acting like you have the answer for everyone here, you are always critical of a lot of people on how they respond.
swirlie · 31-35, F
@JackDaniels
What you've just stated has absolutely nothing to do with what we're talking about here Jack, so stop changing the subject.

Own it, Jack. Don't hide from it and don't fall into a state of denial over it, just own it.
JackDaniels · 51-55, M
@swirlie Another go to you have when you don't have a good retort. Stop changing the subject, if nothing, you are predictable.
