No. I'm into male bodies and men who look feminine but still identify as men. I could try it with an AGP but where's the guarantee they wouldn't want a transition later? Not to mention other problems that come with their autosexuality.

This is correct. Doesn't matter how much junk you remove (called TakeMyDickFromMe operation) or add on (called AddADickToMe operation), at the genetic level the chromosome is XY - it's a man.
