Yes. I usually have two books going, one on Kindle and one hardback. i read newspapers and magazines. My hobby, genealogy, also requires a lot of reading.

@Wiseoldman I've been using Family Tree Maker for years and like it, but it is fairly expensive and some people say there are better options. Check Ancestry.com for recommendations. I use Ancestry.com, but you have to be careful not to let add-ons run up the price. One option is familysearch.org, which is free and has genealogy software available.
