Are you an avid reader?

I tried them, my mind wonders more with them. I get lost in book more then I do with a Compact Disc

@HumanEarth When I'm writing, I'll use the "Read Aloud" app to read my work back to me, and my mind will drift quite often.

I still write in long hand with pen and paper everything. Unless I'm on here or similar

With "Transference" behind me, I've been writing "The Journey." I hope to have it ready before summer.

@Coletracer Well, books always will rule no matter how technology changes the atmosphere. Turning pages is a pleasure. And carrying books is a must. Someday when I make the time-maybe when I can retire, if that ever happens-I will publish a collection of my poetry and perhaps short stories or a book even. We are the ones who keep words alive and growing. And I get to ride horses again in the spring. Life is busy, Cole, and fun.

Lean on the good memories and smile. Some don't have that.
Try not to dwell on what was and is no more, but on what is to come and might be. Hope has such amazing smiles attached.

@Skippyskiptic I like audiobooks for road trips. They make the time pass easier.

@Skippyskiptic audiobooks are gaining much popularity. I think they might be in my future as a writer.

@Coletracer the research papers were in a northeastern journal. That was in highschool so. . Pretty cool

@NoGamesTolerated I never got into bio books but I'm with you on whatever interests me.
Right now, I'm writing a fictional historical adventure, but I have romance, sci-fi, and other fantasy stories started but not finished.

@SW-User That's an old one! I never read it so I can't tell you if it's good or bad.

@MichaelT Of ten novels I've written or am writing, one is published, one is about to be published, and the other eight are waiting to be finished.

@Uniquesara That's what they are meant to do even though some authors fail at doing it. World-building and descriptions throughout the story are very important.

@aloneinUK Going postal was a good one he wrote. That's the only one I'm familiar with.

@Musicman I'm there! I like those, but I'm pretty all around. I even like romance at times.

@Coletracer My wife is the romance reader. In the past we have read them together. We take turns reading out loud.
