do you care what people think

or do you think that 'it's what you think that counts'?

Some. I care how I affect people. It may hurt sometimes, but I want to know if I’m not a good thing to someone so I can give them as much space as possible. I do not see another’s opinion of me as a reason to change who I am in ways that don’t align with me, however. Only when their poor opinion clarifies something I find wanting in myself is it motivation to change. If that makes sense. 😂
No after all I have been through over the past couple years I could care less what people think about me
I have a great daughter and daughter in law and the shop is doing good so that’s all that matters

@barbershoplover I'm happy things are better for you and your family
Hardly… I think for myself.

If there's somebody I respect and considered their advice to be valid, yes .
If I don't like them and their point is valid ,I'd be a fool not to change ,but if I don't thier points are valid or I cannot respect them or they're just being bossy then, no I don't care.

I just overthink a lot as if it's my first duty to take care of what others think and I should always be careful to not hurt others sentiments still somehow I'll end up making others feel bad then I'll overthink more
This's my life cycle
Just no change
Varies by subject and person how much I do/don't care. For example, I don't GAF what my MIL thinks about anything. ;-)
I care, though not as much as I used to. The scales have turned to caring what I think more than what others do.

Strangers I don't care.

Family or less than few I know...

Yeah I care.

I care what they think, but I’m me anyway.
