@Rokan Whichever one is on sale for the performance I want. Genuinely. I'm not enough of a hardware fanatic that it particularly matters for me.

@CountScrofula it doesnt matter so much now but going with the more popular product 15 years ago which was intel was best because of the customer support and speed of fixes the could bring

@Rokan In 2024 there were an average 52,800 DDoS attacks daily. A good suggestion for protection from such an attack is a multi-layered security system.

@Rokan If I actually owned a PC for gaming —which is the only reason to own a PC —I'd go with Nvidia because of its position in the market. As far as I know, I imagine most developers are working on tricked out machines with Nvidia cards, so it's possible that a gaming rig with an Nvidia card is less likely to have issues with AAA titles.

@DunningKruger Nividia kind of fell behind during an issue with their chips during covid.
