I'm curious if anyone's actually tried this
I saw this thing (probably an ad, let’s be honest) where they had a charcuterie board with fried honeycomb on it… like you put it on crackers with cheese and meat and all that.
And I was like… yep. that looks amazing. So of course I bought two honeycombs.
Now I’m sitting here thinking…how exactly am I supposed to fry this without it just… melting into a sticky situation??
Like I know you can fry ice cream somehow, so I’m not doubting science… I’m just doubtin me.
Also… does it even fix the texture??
Because I can eat honeycomb but that chewy wax thing is not my favorite. So is it better… or just warm and still weird?
And then I started thinking…
if the point is warm honey with cheese…
why am I not just… warming honey??
Anyway. I may or may not be about to experiment and regret it.
Has anyone actually tried this?? 😅
