Nope. Time provides distance from the initial blow so we can adapt to the new reality forced upon us. Some see that as healing because they feel they need to in order to continue moving on. But I see it for what it is…space to adapt.

No, time alone does not heal. Healing is an active process that requires effort, self-awareness, and often external support. While time can dull pain and provide perspective, it does not automatically resolve deep emotional wounds.
