I know this petty thug
That nearly got beat to death for crossing the wrong people. He was beaten so badly that he needed metal plates in his skull.
After getting out of hospital he told a group of us about his plans for revenge. One of the guys in the group asked him 'Do you think that is a good idea, you just got out of hospital after being in a coma for a few months and have metal plates in your skull'.
The thug replied that he is extra tough because he had metal plates in his skull.
One of the other guys called him tinfoil head.
Now his name is Tinfoil Head.

The fella was once the youngest person to appear on Crime Watch.
