Which part of your body hurts you the most?

Depends on the day 😅
Right now I'm sore from surgery and being mostly bedridden for a couple of weeks.

My feet

Do my feelings count?

Knee and shoulder

I get terrible headaches.

My leg, all day every day

My mind.

My legs after sitting for a long time then trying to walk.

Lower back

Lower back .

I also get leg cramps sometimes.

I have a set of stretching exercises that help with both.

My brain - by giving me wrong ideas, and urging me towards various gratifications, or by scaring me. 😀

We all battle demons, sometimes it gets hard doing it alone.

Right now...left wrist. (Tendonitis). I should mention that my knees don't hurt as much because I just had a cortisone shot in one of them...and my lower back hurts almost all the time if I am standing, walking, or bending. (But right now I am sitting).

Right now it’s my torn rotator cuff that I am waiting for surgery on. My right knee is hurting pretty badly too.

My ass bone has been killing me since I broke it and there's not a damn thing anyone can do about it but kiss it
