Privacy fences are mandatory in our neighborhood. Ours is the lowest allowable because I like to see birds, aircraft, clouds , and stuff. One side had to be replaced recently, and I told our neighbor to have it built to please himself and I would pay half. He built a 7 footer, but that's okay.

I knew a woman younger than me and she lived in a neighborhood with chainlink fences. She’d be out in her backyard hanging clothes on the line or doing some yard work and hear “Pssst…Pssst” and look over & it was her neighbor, an old pervert neighbor. Who calls someone over to see them by saying “Pssst..Pssst”…an old pervert is who does that crap.
