It’s still not your employers’s business. I suspect many victims of domestic violence don’t want it broadcast, and would not take the leave, if they plan on staying with the abuser. Some who are not victims, will take the leave, and ruin the reputation of their partner. Of course this is my opinion, and you may disagree. @SW-User
