I Want To Write My Random Thoughts And Feelings

So my childhood best friend, who's a year younger than me, is getting married on Saturday, and I'm going for my first actual "date" on Sunday. Not sure who's winning at life 🤔
Also, apparently, I can now sleep by myself without having panic attacks; I'd just really rather not. I guess that's pretty great.
Actually, I think she's winning at life 😂 she never had panic attacks.

If you are sleeping without the attacks it sounds like you are crossing a major hurdle!

@Pfuzylogic :D and I'm consistently making it a month between nightmares despite external stressors. Didn't think these things could be overcome to this extent, and I'm pretty excited.

@Pfuzylogic I have been, but I didn't realize it would affect the issues I was having; I was just trying to improve other things completely unrelated to PTSD. It's a pleasant surprise.
