I Want To Write My Random Thoughts And Feelings

So my childhood best friend, who's a year younger than me, is getting married on Saturday, and I'm going for my first actual "date" on Sunday. Not sure who's winning at life 🤔
Also, apparently, I can now sleep by myself without having panic attacks; I'd just really rather not. I guess that's pretty great.
Actually, I think she's winning at life 😂 she never had panic attacks.

@DecafD you're absolutely right. I guess my post was more a contemplation about of it's better to go head first or take it slower, but it would depend on the person anyways.

@boklenholley7 do what you feel is right. Nows the time where you can still make mistakes and learn from them. No one ever gets their first date right. Go for whatever you think will make you happy.

@Pfuzylogic I have been, but I didn't realize it would affect the issues I was having; I was just trying to improve other things completely unrelated to PTSD. It's a pleasant surprise.
