Not saying you haven't, but I would call the company and ask if they had trouble finding the address. It may be some sort of navigation issue, like whatever they're using is leading them to the wrong address.

Well, if all you're doing is disassembling, what you need to do is get yerself a chainsaw.

Taking stuff apart is a lot easier than putting stuff together. Be aware of where your various body parts are relative to screwdrivers & such. Stabbing oneself is an avoidable ouchie.
