What do you think the “cool” people are doing tonight? I guess bowling.

@wildbill83 I went bowling for the first time in years early spring this year. Was so fun. They let you wear your own shoes now and if you’re terrible at it ( like me) they raise these walls up when you play so can’t get gutter balls. About half way through the game I thought I had somehow became a most excellent bowler. Nope, they gave me the bumpers, the equivalent of that kid they gave a helmet to wear in school so they wouldn’t lick the windows during class. That’s fine, I still had fun.

@wildbill83 I guess yeah the kiddie rails. They let you bring your own shoes at the one I went to. You have to bring running shoes and have to be clean. Also still have the option to go old school and rent bowling shoes. I didn’t see one pan in bowling shoes though that day I went.

@Fukfacewillie I don’t know why this struck me as so funny, but it did. Hey, yeah, that’s an issue but there’s worse issues you could have. Now I kind of want to read it too.

Some people I’ve known in past from other forums have warned me I’ll need block people but I haven’t run into any issues here yet. But not been here long either. So far so good. : )
