What do you think of couples/people who wants to have a child?

Do it early enough in life so that the youngest of the brood has graduated from high school before their parents each turn 40.

But if one of the parents is about to start collecting pension or social security on the day their youngest kid graduates from high school, that couple waited WAY too long to have kids.

Suggest they go down to the pet store and get themselves a cat or a dog instead.

Raising and nurturing a child is an extension of love, I think it's a need in a lot of people. Fostering and adoption is always an option if you don't want to bring further children into a broken world but have the heart to want to care. Expenses are often paid too.

Look at India. Vast poverty compared to the rest of the world and still the fastest growing population.

It's not a matter of poverty. It's totally a social outlook.

You want to be out numbered? India is totally fine with that. To some extent so is China. They reduced their strictions a bit and don't want India to totally out pace them.

Yet China has total social control. They wouldn't have been able to control it to begin with, if they didn't have total social control.

idk if they both agree they don't want the cost and responsibility then that's up to them it is a big drain on one's time and finances to have children but to me they are beyond worth it.. children are the future..

I think that if they both truly want children but can't because of their low income, it's really sad. But I understand it. It makes a huge difference if you don't need to check prices and when you have to significantly take away from your comfort while raising a child, especially when it's still a baby.

Its easier to have a kid when you're younger but it's alright if you don't.


Life is different for every one, let them decide what's best for them.

Once you have a child .. Your perspective will do a 360 and you'd wish you would have known that feeling sooner. Don't delay becoming a mother, everything else has a way of sorting itself out.

Sounds to me like they are too wrapped up in the cost of things instead of the joy and love that’s brought out of you being a parent I think they are just selfish and don’t want their narcissistic lives disrupted

I think it is totally their business and choice and no one else's. No-one else including all the self appointed 'experts' has a say in their choice.
