Not so much anymore. I've learned how important it is to not attempt to keep "pouring from an empty cup" and that I need to give some of that grace, good advice and kindness to myself as well.

On ONE day a week I go into full service mode. Half kill myself usually...and take care of EVERYONE I can. The rest of the week I retreat to my little hole and I don't poke my head out...much.
