How can I do better financially? Advice Please!

Recently I changed jobs to provide for myself a " better life".
The old 9am to 5pm was draining, relentless, very boring..and the minimum wage pay was definitely not customer satisfactory!
I chose a higher pattern wage, different hours, and more physically laborious.
I now work 6 days a week, 7am to 3:30 pm, i can literally walk 2 blocks to save gas, and i enjoy the paychek..unfortunately the downers are there is no air conditioner, the people in higher up departments do not communicate changes in production, and I must guess when my breaks or lunch is covered, so another exspense is bringing my own lunch so i know im fed.
I need advice on how others in higher power, got their finances under control?
I do not eat out so that is less money saved during my work week, but now i must use that finances to buy lunch food to prepare at home..then I rid myself of unnecessary entertainment, television, internet, cable / movies and now only use my cell phone for everything. What else am I supposed to cut out so i can enjoy the fruit of my labor?
I need and appreciate any and all ideas, but heres my goals and i love advice!
Goal1- pay off all debts $60 grand in hospital bills and car loans
Goal2- save for an emergency fund, $22.75 is currently saved after 3 weeks on new job.
Goal3- become successful enough not to wait until 75 to retire..im 45!
I want to know how to get ahead securely, instead of pay check to paycheck and bread crumbs instead of morsels!
I want a better life where i can look back and say, i did it successfully and with a purpose...any ideas are going to be appreciated and all ideas i will try at least once. I don't want to be a millionaire, i just want to be content and keep a roof over my head, all my bills abd debts paid in full, and a little more cushion in my back seat as opposed to the very bare minimum amount life has so far given me...

call and ask if they can reduce your hospital bill sometimes they work with you because that's a lot and it doesn't hurt to ask

At 33 years old I started studying again and spent most evenings and weekends for the next 3 1/2 years training to become a Chartered Accountant.
This ended up sorting me out financially.
Advice being look for what job has the salary you require and what qualifications/skills you need to get it and go for it.
Or just marry someone rich.

@Ben1000 wasnt looming to be married again haha..DEFINITELY not interested in becoming rich...just want peace, harmony, and good things ya know? But yes i may have to go back to school..but it took me 15 yrs the first time to pay off college debts..first college debts to be early childhood careers..now that job pays less now than it did 22 yes ago..so everything economically is exsperianced or low paid...my idea job is at least 25 an hour but in the job market, without a degree or knowledge its struggle bus city...if i just had the knowledge i am possitive i can figure it out right? If math wasnt so confusing my budget woukd definitely be different..i been better at budgeting bills first, but not much left to do anything fulfilling or saving with. Also..my mindset isnt party or drink or show off be flashy..im not into the kardashian lifestyle or champagne on a beer budget either. I just want to be..comfortable and cushy soft n strong ..kinda like angel soft toilet paper!
