I reforest land and plant wildflowers.

I'm a dependable customer for a few businesses.

At the moment, my volunteer work (and donations) to the student housing cooperative that I lived in while going to college. And my contribution to affordable housing by being a good landlord that maintains his properties, is harassed by his property manager for charging less than market rates for rent, and yes, accepts Section 8 tenants.
