So I try not to entertain evil suspicions.. Due to my schizoaffective disorder I often reality check, and ask family and friends what's really happening, and hope they aren't gaslighting me! Otherwise I try to walk by faith rather than by sight or by what I've heard....Being forgiving, loving, and walking by faith...
