I have always tried to be sensitive to people's moods especially with two teenaged sons it goes with the turf, but I never find it easy to read body language. If I saw someone acting suspicious in some way or kept casting a furtive glance over their shoulder I wouldn't automatically think the police was looking for them.

The guilty run when nobody is chasing after them.... I learned that from the Bible... And I've seen it in the guilty!! BUT I also believe in the commandment Thou shalt not bare false judgment!!! So I try not to entertain evil suspicions.. Due to my schizoaffective disorder I often reality check, and ask family and friends what's really happening, and hope they aren't gaslighting me! Otherwise I try to walk by faith rather than by sight or by what I've heard....Being forgiving, loving, and walking by faith...
