I have one in storage in the basement if you are interested. 🤣

It made decent bread but was a royal pita to use and clean. There is a bakery down the street that makes great bread and I don't even have to clean their ovens.

Oh, dear...well, I would never be so ungrateful as to not APPRECIATE the kind thoughts behind ANY gift...but I'm afraid I can't eat the candy that my neighbors give me. (Mostly in tiny bundles with ribbons), as Christmas gifts. And I can't and won't eat the yellow and green and red candy canes they anonymously hang on my door knocker...because...anonymous.

I had one in my dorms and used it once a week until it broke. I was quite popular because it was always more than I could eat before I it grew mold.

As a side note, it was always most scary when the bread I made grew mold in just a few days while commercial bread would last a week and more. Don't want to know what stuff they add to do that.

@RosaMarie I never found it kept well either. Much prefer the bread from the bakers.

@RosaMarie preservatives aren't that bad as long as they are a small part of your diet... They stop so much food being thrown out...

A mouse/hamster wheel. I don't have rodents and probably never will. It was an inside joke when we were teens. I still have it because I never deliberately searched for someone who could make use of it.

Someone gave me a little book of mental anguish in the form of sudoku. Maybe it would do me good they said. The thought was there lol.

@Wallflow3r I don't know what are they like today but I remember we had one when I was a little child and my parents were always like: 🤦🏻‍♀ "not gonna bother with it"
Wallflow3r · 31-35, F
@CrazyMusicLover Yea it’s too much work for ice cream. If I want ice cream I just go out and buy a tub of it lol
Levenrack · 46-50, M
@CrazyMusicLover Not quite the same but from my aunt, I got one of those wood-burning hobby kits from the one present X-mas exchange. I thought, 'Oh, cool, not really my thing,' but I'd give it a full go.

Nope! Stepmother shut that shit down real quick.
