Whats one small change we can make for a better world

Stop and put yourself in another person's perspective. When you see the world through someone else's eyes, things change and make a lot of sense. It also allows you to have empathy and understanding.

Even if your idea of their perception is wrong, it still allows you to feel some compassion and understanding. I have done this a lot with people I dislike to at least help me understand their motivations. It gives me more patience without letting them infringe on my tolerance.

I noticed when I am around the gentle peaceful people, their smile lifts all good loving energy in the room.
I encounter many people recently and they were strangers but they want to talk to me and gently tab on my hands while sitting next to me.
Give a smile often, you never know who you might help them with their own issues.

Just hold space for people. Be fully present for just an hour, a day whatever. I think it makes a huge difference. Any momentum lost can be found in just being seen for a moment.
