When I see that my students succeed with the things I taught them and the confidence I've given them, it makes me feel that I accomplished something.
When I make someone laugh or smile. It just gives me a bit of joy. It's selfish really.
For me, it can be something as simple as getting something from the top shelf for someone in the grocery store.

When I set out to do a task and it gets finished, no matter how small, I feel good about it.

Do you ever write down things you’ve done just so you can cross them off the list? Yeah, me neither. 😬

Something that has an actual completion. Perpetual nudging of forever projects or parts of projects are a pain.

Actually accomplishing something usually does it.
