Start at the oldest. Look at it. You don't need to respond if the message doesn't interest you. Only reply if you want to. Go on to the next. Do five messages, then leave it. Tomorrow, do five more. Are you getting more than five messages a day? You might have to up it to ten messages. Then leave it until tomorrow.
