Does love stress you out? In relationships, with family or friends, does love strain your heart?

I think all relationships can be stressful. If it's worth having, takes work to make it work. Which can be stressful. But also very rewarding.

I think it did once, but as I've slowly learned to love more selflessly -- the stress departed.
