Avocado oil. Higher burning point and it's just better on popcorn than olive oil for it has a natural buttery taste.

Bacon oil.
@JoyfulSilence Supposed to be plant-based but that is a good one. The pig only ate plants.

I use different oils for different things. Peanut oil for chicken curry, sunflower or canola oil for general cooking where I want neutral taste, hempseed oil for my hair, olive oil and pistachio oil for salads.

@CrazyMusicLover pistachio oil interesting never got to try that

Extra virgin Olive oil for many things, yet anything that needs deep fry high temperatures I use coconut shortening. Like French fries I use coconut shortening.
There's is a difference in temperatures between shortening and oil. For frying shortening doesn't burn as quickly..
So coconut shortening at 450°f is perfect for french fries. Corn oil smoke point is at 440°f and vegetable oil is at 400°f.
Peanut oil just doesn't taste right to me for frying.

I use either olive or canola... just depends on what I'm cooking/making.

The only one I cook with regularly is olive oil.
Peanut oil once made me very sick (but the cheap wine I was drinking probably had something to do with that!)
There is a bakery near me which makes the best sweet potato pie I have ever had, and they use palm oil in it.

For the type of food I prepare, I primarily use these oils:
Olive
Sunflower
Avocado
And each serves a different purpose, in separate types of cuisines. My go to, is olive olive for mediterranean cuisine.

I take a tablespoon of olive oil every day. Helps with arthritis, digestion, hunger, and some other things. I don't cook with it though.
Chinese Gutter Oil. It's considered Green because it is sustainable, it is humanely sourced, and recycled.

Olive for seasoning. Peanut for frying. Olive oil isn't very good for frying or sauteeing. Burns to easily
