How long does one spend making breakfast during the week?

I don't. I'll either get something at the work cafeteria or when home cereal or premade bought pastries.

I typically skip it and have early lunch at noon. But occasionally I have it. Typically cereal or an egg sandwich. The egg takes maybe 5 minutes total to cook and one minute to toast the bread...six minutes!

I microwave a bacon egg and cheese toaster strudel for 30 seconds and microwave hot water for my french press coffee and it sits for 4 minutes so about 8 minutes.

Depends on my mood. Sometimes I want a pork chop and maybe two eggs, so that's about 15 minutes. Other days could be cereal

pancakes, egg and pork chop
a few toppings like honey or syrup on the pancakes. It takes 15 minutes to make and clean up.

I cup of coffee. A Man Shake diet drink and an apple X 7 days = 22 minutes

Half an hr if I eat dinner for breakfast...a simple breakfast: five min.

I either eat out or skip breakfast.
