Yes about IHOP because they’ve gone down the toilet with service and the way they cook food. It was after a visit last year.

no, but I regret not doing so. I rented a condo in a small gated community in Mexico and the security guard was sneaking around trying to take pictures of my girlfriend. really creepy. i told the managment but it wasn't clear if they took my complaint seriously.

The only time I left a bad review was in 2017. I was in Rochester, Minnesota, to get testing done at the Mayo Clinic, two blocks down from my hotel was a bbq joint. The food was so horrendous I refused to pay for it, they called the cops, they took my side and proceeded to call the health department, which shut them down within an hour. The funny thing is that while I was there some high school kid was being interviewed after filling out a job application and was hired on the spot, which as a former food service and retail manager, that is a red flag right there.
